Order Processing & Packaging 

Here’s what happens once you place your order: 

 

Fast Turnaround: We begin processing your order within 1–2 business days after it’s confirmed. 

 

Careful Packaging: Every accessory is securely packed to protect it during transit and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. 
 

No Processing on Holidays: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. 
 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email, so you can follow your package’s journey. 

Delivery Timelines 

We aim to deliver your accessories within 3–8 business days, depending on your delivery location. While we strive to meet this window consistently, there may be rare delays due to unforeseen reasons such as weather or courier issues. If this happens, our customer care team will keep you updated every step of the way. 

Missed Deliveries? We’ve Got You 

If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt: 
 

  • They’ll try again up to two more times. 
  • After three unsuccessful attempts, your order will be returned to us. 
  • You can request reshipment by contacting our support team. 

To avoid missed deliveries, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and someone is available to receive the package. 

If Something Goes Wrong 

We take care to ensure your accessories arrive in excellent condition. However, if something doesn’t go as planned: 
 

Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and share photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 
 

Lost Orders: In rare cases of lost shipments, we’ll coordinate with our courier partners to check and resolve the issue promptly. 

Handling Premium Accessories 

Some items — such as leather goods, designer pieces, or delicate fashion accessories — require special care. We take extra steps during packaging and shipping to keep these items secure. For any product-specific handling info, check the product page or reach out to us for assistance.
